This Hibiscus Arnold Palmer is summer in a glass. Not only is it full of homemade lemonade and fresh iced tea but it’s also chocked full of lemon slices, blueberries, and mint leaves. If you have some cucumber lying around then why not throw that in too?
Makes 4 glasses
4 x Romon Nature Organic Hibiscus Tisane teabags
Juice of 4 Lemons plus extra slices for garnish
2 tablespoons raw Lavender Honey
Handful of fresh mint leaves
Handful of blueberries
Ice cubes
Pour about a litre of freshly boiled water over your teabags and stir in the honey. Allow to steep for about 5 minutes then allow to cool fully.
Juice the lemons and add the juice to your cooled hibiscus tisane along with a couple of glasses of water.
Pour everything into a glass serving jug and add the ice, sliced lemon, mint and bluberries.
